Refund Policy
Refunds
We do not offer refunds!!! However, although all of our items are carefully inspected before we ship them out we do understand that things happen. We advise all of our customers to inspect their items upon arrival to make sure they are not damaged or defective. If an item was defective or damaged an I’d found to be our fault a refund or exchange may be considered. If we have a reasonable cause to issue a refund we will do so immediately after your returned item is received and inspected. we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If denied we will send back the original purchased item and you will be notified.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow 7-10 business days before a refund is complete.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. No sale items will not be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges for hygienic reasons.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
